What we collect

• Contact and account details — name, email, phone, and your password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Order and delivery details — shipping address, items ordered, and order history.
• Payment confirmation — our payment provider handles your card; we receive the result of the transaction, never your full card number.
• Basic usage data — pages viewed and device type — to keep the store working and fast.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your orders, provide support, send order updates, prevent fraud, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and — only if you opt in — send occasional marketing. We never sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with the partners needed to run the store: our payment provider, delivery couriers, and our email and hosting providers. Each is bound to use it only for the service we engage them for. We may also disclose data where required by Kuwaiti law or by a competent authority.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your cart and session working — the store cannot function without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional, are only set with your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Where your data is held

Our store and database are hosted on servers outside Kuwait, and some of our providers process data abroad. We only use providers that apply recognised security standards. We handle personal data in line with Kuwait's data protection framework, including CITRA's Data Privacy Protection Regulation where it applies.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as we need them to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Account and marketing data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw marketing consent whenever you like. Deleting your account does not remove order records we are legally required to keep. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Security

Passwords are hashed, payment details stay with our provider, and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the relevant authority promptly.
