Delivery

Delivery times

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day. Standard delivery arrives within 1–2 working days across Kuwait City and 2–4 working days for other governorates. Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed times — weather, courier load, and public holidays can extend them.

Delivery fees

Your fee is calculated by area and shown in full at checkout before you pay. The total you confirm at checkout is the total you pay; we do not add charges afterwards.

If you're not home

Our courier attempts delivery twice and will call the phone number on your order. If both attempts fail, the order returns to our warehouse and we'll contact you to rearrange. Repeated failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number may incur a re-delivery fee, which we will tell you about before charging it.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an SMS with the courier's tracking link. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours of your confirmation email, get in touch.

Delays and missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us and we'll trace it with the courier. If it is confirmed lost, we'll replace it or refund you in full.
