Delivery times

Orders confirmed before 11:00 AM will be delivered the same day. Orders confirmed after 11:00 AM will be delivered within one day. Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, and may be affected by weather conditions, courier workload, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery fees

Your fee is calculated by area and shown in full at checkout before you pay. The total you confirm at checkout is the total you pay; we do not add charges afterwards.

If you're not home

Our courier attempts delivery twice and will call the phone number on your order. If both attempts fail, the order returns to our warehouse and we'll contact you to rearrange. Repeated failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number may incur a re-delivery fee, which we will tell you about before charging it.

Tracking

After placing your order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation message with your order number. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact us via WhatsApp and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Delays and missing orders

If you do not receive your order within 7 days from the date of payment, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment. If the order is confirmed to be lost, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
